How To Achieve More in Your Business in The Second Half of 2024

There is a big difference between school and the business world. Students tend to achieve more in school because they operate with a schedule, lesson plans, and a comprehensive laid-out timetable on what should happen when and where.

On the other end, in the workplace and business, most people will report on time and stay late, but that does not necessarily mean productivity.

Data shows out of the 8 hours people are in the office, more than 50% of the time, they are doing everything else except what moves the needle for the business.

So in this post, allow me to break down what will help your business move to where you want to be.

If you run a business or you are in sales, it is necessary to focus your efforts on income-producing activities. These are:

1. Getting more customers: Increase traffic and conversion rates.

2. Making customers worth more: Raise prices, reduce costs, increase purchase frequency, and improve customer retention.

To achieve these two, you will need to focus on these three goals

1. Advertise more and better. Advertising will give you more attention making your business visible. Whether you choose paid or organic marketing is no issue, the issue is volume and consistency.

2. Practice sales and improve offers. Alex Hormozi says that the better you become at something, the easier it becomes and the less time it will take to do it. But there is no better way to become good at something than doing it. So if you suck at content creation, create more content, take more classes, and better your skill. If you suck at sales, make more sales calls.

3. Increase customer lifetime value through retention strategies. Customer acquisition is one thing. Customer retention is another thing. Take responsibility for your customer results. Keep asking, what else can I do to help my customers.

To achieve high efficiency, block your time and focus on high-impact work. If you are a business owner as well, you need administrative time.

But do not confuse administrative work with high-impact work. Blocking your time can really help here.

In conclusion, at the end of each day, you will need to sit back and reflect if you really moved the needle for your company.

Did anyone hear about your business and what you do? Those who heard, what did you do to convert them to paying you?

Did you create content for your business? Did someone see your ad?

On your existing customers, are you serving them?

That’s it for today. When you are ready to start creating content, get in touch and I will be more than happy to help.
