These 7 AI Tools Automate 90% of a Your Social Media

For most businesses, Social media is the most important asset that guarantees consistent flow of new and returning customers.

This is true whether you have a physical premise or you run an online business.

But, creating consistent content for a single social media channel is trouble enough not to mention the fact that there are over 7 different social media channels that you need to show up on.

That’s why big brands spend a fortune on marketing. But for them, they have the budget.

How about you, a small business owner, who may not even a budget at all, or you are starting on the negative?

Looking for a way to start growing your social media? check out our courses Courses and get started with your journey.

One thing I have to stress is, no matter where you are starting, do not ignore social media.

It will give you a head start both in branding and lead generation.

That’s why today I want to give you some AI Tools that will simplify your work and save you a ton of money in the back end.

Ready? Let’s get started.

  1. Canva: Graphic design used to be a hustle until Canva happened. Today, Canva does not only enable you to create awesome designs (we use it for all our designs, reels, thumbnails and more) but , you can as well generate cool AI Images right inside Canva. Of course there are other Image generation tools like mid journey, imagine, pink donuts and more. The point is, this one tool can take care of all your design and image needs.
  2. Lumen5: If you are looking to create stunning videos for your Instagram and TikTok, then Lumen5 is the tool for you. I have been using this tool for over 3 years and it gets better by the day. All you need is to enter a prompt and it will create the script and come up with stock images and videos to make your video engaging. There are other tools like invideo AI and Veed Io that also do amazing when it comes to video creation. My observation is that most of these tools have a cap on how many minutes you get but yeah, pick what your budget can accommodate.
  3. Media.io: Many people like watching video in silent mode either because they are in the public or they are in the office and do not want to cause interruption. This means that CAPTIONS have become an important part of video creation. Including captions on your video can greatly boosting your engagement as well as viewership. To generate captions, media io will do the job for you. Just upload your content then AI will do its thing. Of course I can’t forget to mention capcut that is also doing a great job in that space as well.
  4. Repurpose io. If you are creating YouTube videos, since you already have the videos created, it makes sense to repurpose it to other social media platforms. The challenge is that each platform is different. That’s where repurpose io will come in handy. Just paste your YouTube link and AI will do the rest of the work for you. You will get videos for TikTok and Instagram at a click of a button. Amazing, isn’t it? Remember, I do not get paid to talk about these brands, it’s just that I have used them and really like them. Let’s move to the next one
  5. Creating captions: This is a big one. Once you have created your images and videos, you will need captions. There’s is where Chatgpt will come in handy. You can use prompts like, “Hey, I have a milkshop, that’s located in downtown. We are running a 50% off discount for the next 10 days. I have created a video for this discount. I need a caption that I can use on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Create separate captions for each platform and include relevant hashtags”. You can make it as sophisticated as you want. Once you get the response, customize and humanize. That is part of AI ethics.
  6. Buffer: now that we have our content, the captions are done, let’s address the next part of the puzzle and that’s posting. Posting content on a daily basis can be challenging, and that’s why Buffer gives you a platform to schedule all your posts. This way you can plan which post goes out and when. At this stage, it’s important for me to talk about analytics. Tools like Hootsuite will give you analytics so that you know which posts are performing well and which ones are not performing well. In addition, depending on your niche, you may need to dedicate 80% of your time on one platform that’s giving you 80% of the returns. Know where your audience is and meet them there. For one of my clients, we have only fo used on one platform for the last 3 years and we have seen huge returns.
  7. Automation: Finally, we now have content posted and everything going well. But then there’s the last part of the puzzle that many business owners miss. Customer support. Yes, on a platform like Facebook or Instagram, responding to customer inquiries is very key. For example, you do not need to tell your customers to see the link in your Bio. That will decrease your engagement. What you need is to set up a keyword trigger and tell them to DM you a certain keyword. Then the automation will handle the rest. The same with Facebook. Using the frequently asked questions feature affects many businesses because they rarely respond to those questions. Setting up a chatbot automation can reduce your headache of customer support and lead generation by 95%. There are several tools that will help you with these. My favorite one is uchat though others will prefer to use Manychats.

Well, that was quite a lot but I hope you found these tips helpful and you will use them to create more content because content is one of your most important assets as a business. Or isn’t it?
